Very basic exercise app?

Hello! I'm looking for a very basic workout app.

I need to keep up a physical therapy routine for some autoimmune issues. I really struggle with remembering the exercises, though!

I'm looking for an app that is basically like a deck of fitness cards, but in app format. Like, so I can pick and choose a couple exercises to put in a list, and then run through the list every day, and switch out as needed.

I've been googling and downloading various apps, but they're almost all set up to either provide packaged workouts, or to play videos. I want to be able to pick my own exercises from a list, just pictures. Is this a thing?

Thank you!

1000% download FitOn!!!

Been using it for over a year and I love the variety of workouts, sorting through different types of workouts and scheduling them for the coming days/ weeks. Guided workouts alongside professional trainers.

I honestly don't understand why it isn't the #1 workout app around.

Also its 100% free

yawplan.com does not have pictures but allows you to write your own exercise programs. Check it out, might do it for you.

The mobile app I'm using right now has an exercise studio feature and you can do exactly what you said. I took a short screen video from the app, maybe it can help you

Hello- I’m a bit late on here… but my absolute favorite workout app is Obé! You can do it at the gym or at home (or out and about). There are hundreds of classes (both live and on demand) for everything from strength and power to cardio & yoga!

They also have several programs (ie just getting started, training essentials and Gym) that I think would be of interest to you.

While it is not free, if you go to www.obéfitness.com and use the code BROOKEGETTINGFITANDLOVINGIT you will get a 30 day free trial!
