Hello! I'm looking for a very basic workout app.

I need to keep up a physical therapy routine for some autoimmune issues. I really struggle with remembering the exercises, though!

I'm looking for an app that is basically like a deck of fitness cards, but in app format. Like, so I can pick and choose a couple exercises to put in a list, and then run through the list every day, and switch out as needed.

I've been googling and downloading various apps, but they're almost all set up to either provide packaged workouts, or to play videos. I want to be able to pick my own exercises from a list, just pictures. Is this a thing?

Thank you!

Hello! This might be irrelevant, but I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience!

I'm getting psoriasis on my face, scalp, and back right now.

A couple weeks ago, I started using a vitamin C/peptide face cream (the orange Olay one), and at first, it made my face plaques get really red and feel weird. Like, for an hour or so after putting the cream on, it seemed to make the plaques worse, but then they calmed down.

For some reason I kept using the face cream, lol. And... the plaques have almost completely faded! I know they're still there, but only because I know where to look, you know? So I don't think the plaques have actually gone away.

Also, the spots where I typically don'

Hello! I am not diagnosed, but I've got a neurologist appointment set up to look into testing. I have recent new muscle weakness, and lots of other autoimmune problems.

Does myasthenia gravis cause that horrible internal vibration sensation? I know symptoms are supposed to get worse with activity. My muscles usually get extra weak after activity, but today I had an extra active day, and now it feels like I'm vibrating inside. It feels HORRIBLE.

Is this a myasthenia gravis thing? Or something else anyone is familiar with?

Also, any advice about testing? If I've only had symptoms for a month or two, is that too soon to test?

Thanks!

Hello! Does anyone have experience with a butterfly rash?

I've got round circles of psoriasis all over my forehead, scalp, and back. I've also got a big butterfly rash. It's always there, and it gets thickened (sorry, gross) if I don't exfoliate a lot. It gets worse with heat, sun, stress, and alcohol.

I've had multiple blood tests for lupus - always negative or very low borderline. I don't think I have lupus, but the doubts start to creep in just staring at this butterfly thing every day.

Does anyone else have experience with psoriasis and a butterfly rash?

Thanks!

Any recommendations? I'm looking for a dentist who does great work, especially with crowns and root canals.

Searching Google reviews hasn't been super helpful, because they mostly talk about how easy their billing is or how nice the staff are. All I care about is that their work is amazing. My teeth are terrible after an injury and dental work is sooooo expensive already... I've had less-than-great dentists in the past, and it sucks so bad to have to get work redone, and pay twice :(

I know a lot of dentists send root canals out to an endodontist. I'd love to find a dentist who does them in-house!

Anyone have a dentist like this that they love? I don't care if they're a grump! I just need

Anyone know of a good place to get gingerbread cookies? Like, the homemade kind? Thanks!

I'd love others' perspective on this!

I'm wondering if I should pursue getting my kids more involved with the Native culture in our area. They have this Native ancestry, but just a tiny bit. I'm talking 1/128. (Obviously whether we do get involved or not would depend on whether or not we're welcome!)

I'm thinking about this, because I'm worried they're going to have identity issues. They are what I think of as "race box bingo winners" (they are white, Asian, Black, Hispanic, Native American, Middle Eastern, Pacific Islander). But, our family looks Native. Our community is about 20% Native, and people don't ask if we're Native, they ask what family we're from. We're treated as Native (elde
