At least for fires, turn their firefighting priority down to zero.

 If I control them then use the booth to tell them to go study they don't move at all until I release them.  I agree that it's frustrating how low they prioritize ML.

I have a lot of robots, more than enough to handle any emergency. So is there a way that I can keep my robots training in their ML Booths, no matter what happens? (Or until I manually kick them out/they max level a skill?)  


They keep leaving for every single little thing it seems like (even under direct control) and I just want some level 10 tracked mining robots!
