Lower left abdominal pain

Hi everyone, hoping for some clarity on some abdominal pain.

24, male, 6”2 190 lbs

Got sick about a month and a half ago, extreme pressure and bloating in lower left abdomen, pain resided after ~10 days. Since the beginning of January I have been living normally, exercising, golfing, eating healthy, etc except for drinking because of the issue. It is now February and I still have some pressure and what almost feels like a random pinch in my lower left abdomen.

Had blood work and CT scan done and blood work came back “magnificent” but my doctor said I have a gluten and dairy allergy (I’ve been told this is bullshit and they can’t actually confirm this from IGG tests in blood work) and the ct scan stated that I had mild splenomegaly and thickened mucosa of the gastric antrum and proximal duodenum.

I’ve been told this would likely mean I have an ulcer, but I don’t have any indigestion, burning symptoms at all? It really just feels like someone randomly pinches me around my waist. I genuinely thought it was due to my reversible belt pinching me (if you have one you know) but then started happening when I wasn’t wearing one.

Just hoping to get some input/clarity. I have a GI dr appointment on the 20th.

NAD but my lower left abdomen pain was diverticulitis- though that’s something I think they’d see on a scan.

Yep was already confirmed that wasn’t it unless the scan was wrong which seems doubtful
