I noticed the problem on Saturday and notified an admin.  The problem still persists today (Monday). The admins have determined that the problem lies with the web hosting provider. Those folks are looking into the issue. 

Just use another DSTAR reflector for the time being. 30C is a popular one.

I'm seeing a lot of packet loss on 1C from just about everyone transmitting, started yesterday.  Is there an issue with the DStar network?
