It seems odd, but every time I use Torpedo Defense System on the Yimeng, whether for one or numerous incoming torpedos, I always get a flood. Has anyone else noticed this or experienced it?

For goodness sakes stop sensationalizing weather with the "feels like temperature" Just tell me the real temps and humidity, I can figure it out from there.

Ordered a 8600M radio a year and a half ago (which, that is not the issue) and in the end of December got an email that it would be shipping in 20 days or less. After three weeks went by, I sent them an email with a request for an update, and no response. Sent follow up emails to various folks I had worked with in the past and nothing so far in the past week. Tried calling and it just goes to voicemail. Anyone else having issues getting through to them?

Question for all the Elmer's out there. I recently moved to the east coast and because of antenna restrictions, I'm going to mount my mag loop antennas in the attic of the carriage house. With this setup and all the hardware and radios inside, do I need to use lighting arrestor's on the antenna feeds and/or do I need a separate ground stake?

I'm seeing a lot of packet loss on 1C from just about everyone transmitting, started yesterday. Is there an issue with the DStar network?

Anyone know what the next steel ship is going to be?

A couple of questions: 1. If I have two antennas, one a multi band vertical for 20m, 6m, 2m which I have a vhf and an HF, connected to it through a cutoff duplexer. (works pretty good actually). And then I install a mag loop (you can thank my HOA) tuned to 40m connected to a different HF. When I key up the 40m HF, will I damage the front ends of the other radios, assuming I am putting out at least 100 watts but no more than 200 watts and visa versa. Assume the antennas are 20 to 40 feet apart. 2. If so what are some solutions, ie turning off the non transmitting radios, disconnecting the coax on the non transmitting radios either physically or with a switch, etc.

Icom no longer makes the SP-34 which was the companion external speaker for the 7851. Anyone know which of the the current Icom external speakers best match a 7851? The SP-41 and SP-23 look like possibilities.

Any one else having this issue where after a game if you look at any of the stats, PR, TR, DR or credits and XP, the screen freezes up and you can not exit to port. The only thing you can do is end task and restart?

EDIT: I tried updating the Nvidia drivers, a new one just came out, and that seemed to help. We will see.

Has anyone tried to play WoWs on the Steam Deck and if so how well does it work? At the present time WoWs does not show up as a supported game.

I ordered some cabling and antenna equipment from MFJ a few weeks ago and all I have received was the cabling. The antennas and tuners have not arrived and all I got was a cryptic email saying some of your items will be delayed with no indication of how long. At the time I ordered the antennas and tuners, all of them were showing as in stock and ready to ship. (A few of the items are still showing on their website as in stock and ready to ship) I have reached out to customer service and just get radio silence. Anyone else having issues?

Trying to use the DStar repeater in Reno, NV, call sign N7NDS. I seem to be able to connect to the repeater, I get the UR?. But nothing and no one seems out there locally. I noticed on DStar's website there have been no unique stations heard in the last 14 days on this repeater and felt that very odd. Can I assume this site is down?

New to D-Star and I'm trying to register for D-Star in Reno, NV The gateway repeater is N7NDS. When I go to DSTARUSERS.ORG and click on the gateway registration URL for this repeater, it just sits there and then gives me a message that the page failed to load. Makes no difference if it is a Mac or PC. I am thinking something is up with the website, although the repeater seems active. Question I have is, can I register with any D-Star gateway, in another city or state and it will work in Reno too?
