I have a Romeozero, a Romeozero Elite, a Holosun 407K, a Holosun EPS Carry and I am still loving the Romeozero.

I think the issues are a bit overblown. The RZE dot is nice and crisp and for the price it does what it needs.

Agreed. The RomeoZero Elite is a great upgrade. The glass lens fixes the only concern I had.

I’m on my third romeozero on a 365xl, I’m just glad sig has an excellent warranty process for their optics. Great till they stop working (in my experience), though!

Great choice. I highly recommend the Wilson grip. Easy to install.

And while you have it apart add some grease to the fcu. Makes a huge difference

Love it.

I shot one with the katana magwell. It made such a difference in the grip and kick back.

It’s the elite so it doesn’t have that shitty brightness adjustment issue. I had no problem with the Romeo zero other than that. I replaced mine with an RMRcc and it’s great. I haven’t personally shot the elite, but from what I’ve researched it seems decent. That’s a nice pistol dude and you’ll love it. Try it out how it is, if you don’t like it upgrade the dot later. Go with trijicon too, not that shitty holosun stuff.

As someone with half a dozen RMRs, when it comes to the smaller optics I think the k series Holosuns are better than the cc.

2

As someone also with many RMRs, I prefer the CC, just my opinion. Glad there’s another RMR hoarder in here and it’s not just me😂

Generally speaking I like the RMR over the 407/507C. I also think Trijicon glass scratches less than Holosun glass. I do think the new EPS is a very solid optic and I wish Trijicon would do more to offer competing options in certain categories.

1

Yes I would agree with that statement. I abuse the shit out of my RMR that’s on my staccato. Been dropped multiple times on concrete, dirt, you name it. Its cleaned up just fine and held its zero. As far as competing options, 100% agree. But why would they? Besides aimpoint they are the kings of the dots.

Love the 507k, have like three of em.

How did you mount the RMRcc? Did you need to mill the slide or is there a plate?

1

If your pistol came with a Romeo zero you’ll need to order the screws, sig sells them and you can grind them down with a dremel to fit flush, that’s what most people have done to make it fit

2

Yes used the trijicon adapter plate. The sig screws protrude too much do I got some that are the right length from a local specialty fastener shop. Looks good and runs great, went to zero it and it was already dead on at 15 yards lol.

Lose the Romeo. Holosun 407 or 507 k

Nice! I have the same just not the elite. Run it with a 15+1 but I just bought a few accessories for it now I just need the 17rnd mag from the x macro to throw in there

Great setup.

My EDC! I just added sandpaper talon grips. I've got a p320 x compact, p365 macro, and a few others, but the size of this one is just perfect for inside waistband appendix for me. Great gun!

Great choice. With mine had the forward positioned optic and suppressor height sights. Love the look. May have to upgrade my slide.

First thing I would do is replace that shitty Romeo Zero with a HoloSun. Then I would swap the grip for the Wilson Combat one. It’ll be life changing!

Personally I think the WC grip is overrated but your first point is 100%

Yeah, I was just gonna go with the standard model, but this was all the store could get. May upgrade eventually.
