Tbh it's all I go, the normal inspiration tree is good don't get me wrong but I always feel like I need unflinching and conditioning to keep me from getting kited out by champs like ashe and by any of the jungle tanks, I see no real diffeeence in mobility between the two and the conditing adds some bite to her late game resistance spikes.

Unflinching can be the difference between life and death even in squishy builds. Resolve has some of the best runes in the game.

Disagreed. You need Merc Threads and DD on Bel'Veth in this meta, those are some sources of armor and MR Conditioning can build off of. Wit's End is another possible source, and her true form giving a significant HP bonus also synergizes with it. Furthermore, Unflinching is still very powerful even after its fairly recent nerf and has gained value again after Legend: Tenacity's nerf.

Thing is, yes, Bel'Veth usually has a very squishy two item core in Kraken and BotRK but after that if you want to keep functioning you absolutely need to get some tank stats as well.

Does that make Resolve the best secondary tree? I don't know. I personally really like Inspiration second with Futures' Market to help me get through Bel'Veths piss poor pre-6 and pre Noonquiver/Recurve Bow game and Cosmic Insight to reduce Smite and Flash CDs. But it's certainly a good option.

I use sorcery second with transcendence and gs for faster cooldowns on kill resets and scaling ad with the passive for late game insurance

You can go resolve, domination, or inspiration for secondary runes honestly. Inspiration and Domination give you free gold advantage which is super important to Bel'Veth but so is being deceptively tanky.
