Forgot to put them in the bag? Wow. Clear lackadaisical attitude. Try writing to them, don't think you'll get any refund honestly. May be tag them on twitter and DM the bill number, that might have higher chances of getting the refund.

Hello - I forgot two items at the checkout of the duty free store in the arrivals area of CSIA. These are items which were billed but the lady on the cash counter forgot to put them in the bag i guess.
