Another carrier, recommendations!

Hi everyone, I currently have several carriers and would like to add one more for our new baby due in the late summer. I didn’t baby wear much with my first until 4-5 months because I didn’t know how but now we use them all the time & I wish I had started sooner!

So we have: Lille baby complete all season Wild bird ring sling Oscha wrap

I use the oscha & ring sling, my husband only uses the Lille baby

We will have a two (almost thee) yr old when baby is born and I would consider something so I could tandem.

Another woven wrap. 😉 A mehdai like the didyklick or Lenny lamb or Osha coorie (or cairis) is great, too. Or put the big kid in an onbuhimo.

But with the combo you have right now you Gan do tandem wearing as well. Newborn in the ringsling, big kid in a ruck on your back.

Ooh thank you for the ideas! I’ve looked at mehdais a ton and never gotten one and it might be the perfect combination that my husband will use it as well.

I would check out Happy Baby carriers! I have only used the OG, but a lot of people use the onbuhimo to tandem carry. There have a really active Facebook group where you can ask questions and see different ways people use them. You can also find good deals on used carriers if you look around. Edit: I believe all Happy Baby carriers (except for the toddler carriers), start at 7 lbs, which is nice so there's no insert to mess with.

Very nice that there’s no insert. That’s the current question with our lillebaby as we don’t have the infant “pillow”
