Does anyone know if the child who was run over in front of the Armory survived?

Tuesday evening at around 5:40 a very small child was run over by a car on Highland Ave across from the Armory. I can't get the mother's screams out of my head.

There hasn't been anything in the news that I could find yet, but there were many people there. Does anyone know if the child is going to be okay?
