Thirsties button fixes?

I bought two thirsties covers (size 2) about 1 year ago. Both covers have lost a snap from the waist. Does anyone have any idea if there’s a way to fix this and also has anyone else had this problem?

What you could do is get some waterproof fusible interfacing or seam tape and apply it to where the snap used to be. I recommend looking up how to do it since the material could melt from the iron. This will keep the snap sturdy since I’m assuming the existing hole would be too large to just replace the snap.

An alternative would be to get a snap that’s a few mm larger than the others.

Either way you will have to get Kam snaps and the tool to attach them.

I purchased several about a year ago, and three covers had a snap break within 5 or so uses. Maybe there was a bad batch of snaps! Did you buy direct from thirsties? Their snaps are covered under warranty for one year, you might still have time to get them replaced.
