Tuchel is a best choice. We just werent ready to sack ancelotti in the middle of the season. The fact that bayern did sack nagelsmann in the middle of the season is shocking cuz it shows how desperately they needed him. They knew if the season comes to the end we would get him. Its always a tricky to change manager in the middle of the season so we will see how it will work out with them
Tbh if ancelotti relies on the same nonexistent tactics against a weak Barca side and lose for the 4. time in a row, out of copa and 12 points behind Barca, it would be enough to sack him. And even if we don’t sack him in the middle of the season, Perez could’ve talk to tuchel that he will be the new coach in summer and Ancelotti leaves with respect and goes to Brazil
Honestly it's worth letting him finish the season, we might get more competition for Julian in the off season but we are Real. I think at this point first place is kinda impossible, we are still in CL where Carlo knows how to prepare tactics for.
I am really not a fan of kicking managers out this late in the season and also paying them the severance fee. Julian isn't that much better than Carlo either that he can somehow chase Barca in the end of the season.

His direct competition are Xabi Alonso who has 3 years of managing experience with only 1 year in top-flight and Raul who has 5 years of managing experience but 1 of them is with youth players and the other 4 are in the third tier. Nagelsmann has been managing in the top-flight for nearly 7 years including multiple CL appearances, and has won a league. It honestly sounds like you're just being ageist.
