That is not an sho intake. Had both an 89 and a 92. The sho intake is very distinctive and will say sho across it. Google "94 sho engine bay"

That's exactly what I thought. The first thing I did was Google 94 SHO engine bay and was confused. Do you think it was swapped a rear bumper? I might get it anyways

That's definitely not a SHO. As the other user mentioned, the SHO intake manifold runners are very unique. Most likely the seller is selling a Taurus GL but had its rear bumper replaced with one from a SHO. $1K for a daily beater is probably OK if you're looking for a low cost commuter car. I had a '94 GL that lasted until 290k miles before I sent it off to the junkyard with a bad transmission. The 3.0L OHV valve engine will last forever.

Thanks a bunch

The bumper doesn't match. The Taurus emblem is painted on the SHO and that engine is not a SHO engine. Fake SHO I'm afraid.

Does it have the front bumper and door cladding? Highly unlikely, but it could be a sho with a regular Taurus motor swapped into it. Interior would also be a give away.

Someone most likely put the SHO rear bumper on.
