Build upgrade finalyzed, are some parts overkill for a rtx 4080?

Build Ready

Hello there, I had some enormous help in this subreddit a few day ago to help me out on upgrading my build (I'll post my current build and my updated build below) I did some tweaking and I'm now ready to slowly order and buy the parts but I think some of them are overkill?

I will link my Reddit post from earlier because the people who helped me there provided some really great infos and builds and I upgraded my build based on them. Previous Reddit post

A few things to note, first I'm a pc hardware noob.

I use my pc mainly for gaming and I intent to use this new build to play at high settings and things like that. I have a good monitor but I'm not always using It's full resolution potential as It's really demanding on some modern game, that's for my current build, I'm pretty sure I could use It's full power with this upgrade.

Only reason I'm upgrading Is that I have an opportunity to get a rtx 4080 at a good price with monthly payments (which is good for my budget). I should also note that in my build there's no fans because I use the ones that came with the case, no idea If I should change them or If I even can. I am also on a limited budget, I kinda have enough savings to have this build but If I can lower the price of some of the parts it would be great.

As you can see, I kept a few things from my current build, such as the ssd and case, I also have a hdd but I can't really find the name or specs of it. The rest is upgraded and maybe I'm missing some stuff but overall this is it. I will also say that I don't care too much about rgb, I do find it pretty on fans but It's not necessary on the other hardware.

With this post I hope to know If there's some final touches I can do with this build? I do plans to slowly order everything because of the prices that varies between the merchants, I think taking my time with this is a good approach yes?
