this happened after i restarted my laptop yesterday, really annoying, and always makes me paranoid. please help me resolve this, got my exams coming up, this will just be an additional load in the back of my head.

The camera shutter/f8 button on my lenovo ideapad S145 is working a weird way, when i press it, instead of turning the camera on/off, it directs me to open camera privacy setting, really weird, it isnt doing its job but is asking me to manually go to camera privacy settings and asking me to turn it on/off.
