New to the whole fragrance thing

Im confused that, do i buy a fresh citrusy fragrance or a dark sweet fragnance, considering winters are coming up here in the North. Ive historically liked fresh scents Never really liked the overwhelming winter scents.

Need smth fresh, aquatic/oceanic( also explain the difference btw them), citrusy

Im a college student So cant spend much Max i can do is 600-700 Ik i wont get much quality but It has to be long lasting Drop your suggestions I would heavily appericiate that!

The camera shutter/f8 button on my lenovo ideapad S145 is working a weird way, when i press it, instead of turning the camera on/off, it directs me to open camera privacy setting, really weird, it isnt doing its job but is asking me to manually go to camera privacy settings and asking me to turn it on/off.
