So he just walks around like this all the time? I've been wondering for years, since I first seen this, what's the deal. Like, looks like maybe he had a huge bushy mess of a beard and then got it trimmed or shaved and some reason they stopped at the neck. Maybe he was wearing a collar or something when it was getting trimmed. Then he had to stop by the store on the way home. I'm just like damn wtf is this.

He typically wore collard shirts and had this wild but restrained aura about him...like he could have been a cult leader or just a solid older dude set in his ways, perhaps he was some sort of western Missouri sex icon at one point. If I remember correctly a gold chain with a cross often sat atop the mat of fur protruding from his collard shirt. He often ordered two large pizzas and an order of wings and drove a dodge pickup....that's all I got!

I assume he’s one of those guys that does something like this that’s completely bizarre, draws a ton of attention because it’s so pants-on-head insane, but gets pissed off at the attention and acts like it’s not by his own hand.
