I am super grateful to have the opportunity to make sense of some of the epigenetic trauma I am forced to deal with, and I'm the first person in my family to get psychological help.
While I think it's probably good for this person to get some psychological help, I'm pretty sure they don't need it because of some "epigenetic trauma".
