Word, especially on this fucking sub u lot need to take whatever value u can from this dude and leave and become ur own person, if u wanna do all this self improvement shit that's fine but honestly it is not the key to happiness there's more to life than this, there is no secret key to life there are just different paths with different outcomes, if someone enjoys life, maybe never steps foot in a gym, gets a mediocre job which pays enough for a mediocre house but has great freinds and family and does enough fun things to be content and happy, ur ot better than them just cause u go to the gym and meditate, it doesn't make u a more worthy or complete person than them, it just makes u different, self improvement isn't the end all thing it's just something that might help u.
