Fable 2 Premium DLC Xbox Series S

I just want to check and see if I'm going to have to rebuy the premium DLC. I was playing Fable 2 the other day on xbox one, downloaded it off Gamepass and that installed all the premium dlc by itself, which leads me to believe I have purchased the dlc at some point or it was included in gamepass.

I got the series s yesterday and wanted to continue playing so set up my account, downloaded Fable 2 just as I'd done on my Xbox One go to play and says DLC for previous saves is not installed. So I go and check and see the free versions haven't installed and premium I have to buy.

I have tried restarting the console, double checked on my xbox one I had the premium versions installed(I do) I have tried to check my purchase history but it only goes back to 2016 even though I know I bought things prior. So is there anything I could do/maybe missing here or am I just going to have to rebuy the dlc?
