Hello, I'm back. This is not a rewrite, this is a brand new prologue, void of purple and info-dumps 🤞 I think. Thank you to everyone who looked at my previous submission. All your suggestions, examples and even rants were very helpful. It's my intention to provide feedback to each of you in return at some point but critiquing is a much more slower process for me 😅

To the mods: do I need to close my other submission? Is there a proper way to go about doing so, without losing the helpful comments for personal reference? TIA
