I received a replacement screen for my XP2.0 and it seems they shipped a unit with the wrong firmware. I am unable to change p08 from 32. The previous unit had 32 and 100 as options to bring it up to Class 3.

What did they say when you contacted them about not being able to change it?
I finally reached them after a long hold. They’re sending a new one but don’t know what would have caused it. They just asked for video proof. Just a bit disappointed after paying $83 and waiting a week for the first one.
They probably sent the screen for the Lite, which doesn't have the class 3 option.
That was what I assumed as well but they would not confirm it.
In the meantime it works just fine, I just like the option of the faster speed available to me.
How long did your original screen last? Months/miles?
About 18 months. 1000+ miles. (Unfortunately the new screen resets the count and don’t remember beyond it being past 1000)
Thanks for the response. I remember someone else with the original XP 1.0 had to replace the display twice. I'm wondering if it's water related or they just don't last long.
Mine was about 10 months, but the replacement was free.
They just sent me a free replacement and mine was locked as well. I'm hoping I can get an unlocked one ASAP. Awaiting customer service's reply at this point.
I've just had the exact same thing happen to me! I've reached out to them but am still awaiting a response.
I got the replacement and it has the SAME problem. This is frustrating.
I got a reply but it was them explaining to me how to set the units between km/h and mph because they didn't understand the values of 32 km/h and 100 (45) km/h for the P08 setting.
I’ve never had good luck emailing them and getting a prompt or correct response. Just have to call and stay in hold for an hour.
They did eventually get me another screen and this one can do 45 km/h
I finally got another replacement and it can go 45 km/h so all is well
