[615] The Butterfly Child

I started this last night as a YA novel. I’ve never written much, other than another novel that I am currently working on. I was taking a break from that and I got the idea for this, so I wrote down some paragraphs to see the possible voice.

It’s about a girl who suffers from a rare condition, known as “the butterfly disease”. She is set to start her first year of in person school at a boarding academy.

Critique it in any way possible. I just tried to give it a start, and it’s messy. I’ve also never written first-person, so the voice may not be there yet. But I did enjoy practicing it.
