It could be the insoles. Bought a pair of Yeezys for my fiances niece and they were used, but got the same notification and discount, just because it was missing the insoles and that wasn't stated on the listing.

It’s the tags that come on the shoes, just sold a pair on app that I didn’t have the tags for and they said it was missing accessories

Real talk:
Are you going to wear these or try to resell them? If reselling, cancel.
If you're wearing them, do you care if they have the tag?
If you don't care, should you be paying less because the tag is missing?
It says it's a discounted offer - is it discounted appropriately? How much do these usually go for with the tag? Cancel if you're paying more than you're comfortable with.
I think these are the factors that should be driving your decision making here, but that's just my two cents. Do what your'e comfortable with. Pay less if you can if you still want the shoes with or without the tag.
