Esports Related Cosmetics

Now that we've had a few years worth memorable Esports moments, I feel like it'd be cool to incorporate them into the game. Riot has already started to do this with the KAY/O Phoenix spray and the Rope Incident email on Fracture, but I think there's room more.

Ideas:

Titles: Nicknames for famous players, like El Diablo (yay), The Rat King (nAts). The King of Icebox (Derke), Iceman (Marved), Korean Jett (Seoldam), The Child of God (Dep)

Sprays: Some other moments that I think deserve to be in the game and what they might look like:

- Boaster op 4k (Astra holding an Op with a lightbulb over her head)

- Ardiis 1v3 (Chamber with 3 guns pointed at him and bullet tracers all missing)

- Hiko Icebox clutch (Animated with Sova's head peeking out from different places behind the Yellow box on Icebox)

- XSET vs LEV the spike incident (Spike in A heaven window with question marks around it)

- Yay's 6 bullet ace (chamber counting to 6 on his fingers)
