This is a bill that if passed would stipulate the following and serve as >an Amendment to certain areas of the constitution; -That each inhabitant of Reddica be classified and registered in accordance with their racial characteristics as part of an official system of separation with the purpose of creating a more cohesive society. -Once this task was accomplished a sub-Reddit could be created within the state of Reddica in which all 'non-whites' could reside. -The Aforementioned Sub-Reddit would be run under strict guidance >of mods appointed by the existing Mods within the main district of Reddica.
