A note to anyone wanting a LE specialization code or offering one for trade! (crossposted to r/halotrades)

These codes cannot be transferred. They are inextricably linked to the email account to which they were sent. Unless you have an unused Limited Edition code, you cannot give away or be given a specialization code. It says the offer is non-transferable in the email.

Please upvote this post for visibility, I'm seeing a lot of people offering and asking for these codes and I don't want anyone to get screwed over in a trade.

Edit: I am a buffoon! Turns out they can be transferred just fine. Disregard! http://www.reddit.com/r/halo/comments/145miv/a_note_to_anyone_wanting_a_le_specialization_code/c7a2nvj
