Man, I don't get why everyone thinks the CN scene doesn't or hasn't had access to valorant for long.
Chinese players and pros have been playing on HK servers (via VPN) for quite awhile now (and the toxicity and insults are frankly hilarious when you got the chinese speaking players in a team beefing)
Yes they have but without game out in their region it's actually severely limiting as how they can scout for potential talents. There's so many ppl in China. There could be unknown rank demons that can be molded into a solid pro player in the future from their rank ladder. EDG talent scout is absolutely Crack cause I think all 5 of their players have such insane mechanics and haodong is improving as an igl so fast.
41:09 they got rid of that/loosened, they introduced it only some moment it was unenforceable
Valorant had pro teams in PRC ever since launch/2020, with EDG included since 2020
Journalistic standards are set ultimately by journalists and pp who talk abt them
this show is only good when they get someone who knows what they’re talking about on, thankfully they did in this episode
Also handsome someone
Not when it comes to playoff ‘seeding’
Did he not see the randomise part
Red hair man bad!
He doesn't watch much valorant and chose a co-host that often isn't caught up with the games when she talks about them, so the original commenter literally isn't wrong.
Bad at valorant analysis obviously, even he would admit that
Well not knowledgeable about the game so relies a lot on guests to cover specifics, that’s the format
The idea is to create some connections and mix stuff in
no he just clearly doesn’t watch or like valorant very much so it provides very little insight or value
