I assumed we'd be able to get our blueprints back after using it, just like how the Twisted Blueprints work but the estate agent just keeps it and theres no dialogue option to ask for it back. Not even at Nigel. Is this intended or just something they missed

Transferred Hardcore characters should arrive in TBC with a cosmetic buff. It would be a simple, meaningful way to flex that we survived the journey. Could either have it show you lived to 60, or could just have it go away when you eventually die.
Even better: allow fresh characters to opt-into this kinda buff that would be permanently removed on death. Since people are going to play "Unofficial Hardcore" regardless, having a native in-game verification tool would make tracking runs much easier.

I wanna come back to OSRS but the only item i can really sell is my ring of suffering but its imbued. anyone know if a way to make it so its unimbued? i dont mind losing the imbued scroll.
