Home or business: | Business

Printing content: | Documents, ID copying

Printing frequency: | ~300 pages per month

Pages per minute : | higher is better

#Any other details: Service and Parts availability in Eastern India, and compatibility with 3rd party toner refill a must. No DRM or firmware update surprises please.

All PCs connecting to device will be running Windows 11 - would be great if all print/scan/copy functionality is accessible from Windows defaults. If not, then drivers/software should be lightweight.

Considering what's available in India, I would just do that Brother MFC-L2701DW (24k INR - Amazon). At ~300 pages per month, with XL toner you'll be refilling about once every 3-4 months, new drum once every year or two, and you should be able to run the box for a few years, then just rip and replace.

Thank you! By ' box', you mean the entire printer? I.E., look to replace the printer in a few years?

Yes, "box" = printer. Sorry for the tech nerd slang!
