Does it Feel Like the Board is There Just to Waste Your Time?
The amount of times I make a suggestion to the board for them to knock it back, only for them to immediately back flip when I go into have a meeting with them to convince them. Does my magnum dong put you in such awe that you remember your place when I walk in? Just... do the fucking thing. No wonder you shit munchers were a rabble before I turned up.

I do love when there is a board directive to have the 'best youth system'
With this it should be automatic if you request upgrading youth, but no, I still have to go in and plead THEIR case, because they will be mad at you if you don't make the upgrade.
...which they will often turn down.
95% of the boards I get are horrible. The only good boards I have had have been at Dortmund and Gladbach. Must be something in the Borussia water.
