Parental code chaos with School Account

I've seen multiple posts before about this dating back a couple of years but no clear answer. Would love some support from the community:

• Child has Chromebook for school
• Chromebook has 2 seperate accounts added:
  • Personal account, which is connected to family link
  • School account
• All parental code / security options are disabled in family link
• Child cannot login to school account without parental code.

I don't really want to remove family link, because I then cant manage the device or control what he does with this machine when using the personal account, but he is currently unable to use it for school because he regularly cant login to the school account.

What can i do?
