Police clearance certificate from China

Express Entry

I am an Indian and I did my UG in China 2010-2017. At the time of my graduation(when i left china) I got a non criminal record as well from the police station. I didn't go back to China after that. Now i find it very difficult to get a policr clearance from China, as I'm currently in India. Shouldn't the old certificate be enough? It's date of issue is clearly mentioned as 1st July 2017, but I didn't go to China after that, so even if I apply for a new one it should be for the same period and will only reflect the same period right.

You imply that you were in the country when you received the PCC.

For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.

So you need a current one.

PCC generally expire between 6-12 months. You would need a new one.

Hi bro, maybe you could download taobao app and search the criminal record (无犯罪证明), then contact one of them by using WeChat, after paying fee, they will send pdf of that, just make sure that the pdf needs color version.

if the last day is the time that you was already out of China and never come back, it works, otherwise need order new one

If you're applying for EE, your PCC should be issued after your last visit. You can use it even if it's expired. However, the officer is entitled to request a new one. Please refer to the link below

You can submit your PCC if it was issued after your last visit, and at the same time, work on getting a new one.

If you know anyone in China ask them to help you get one.
