Starting to remember dreams/muscle twitching.

Since last month, i had bad insomnia which resulted in extreme anxiety and panic attacks when are now way better than they were and i’ve been sleeping a little bit better now but suddenly when i do reach deep sleep, i suddenly now start to remember my dreams in detail, which i haven’t been prior to my sleeping problems. Another thing is that my muscles get sore and twitchy from time to time. My vision is also kinda doubled when reading screens and words with small shadows appearing on the bottom or top depending on the angle im reading. I hope this isn’t some neurological disorder since the fear of having SFI or FFI consumed me for almost a month now.

Sleep deprivation and anxiety will cause a lot of weird symptoms like twitches, excessive dreaming, double vision, hypnic jerks, balance problems, etc. It's good that you're not as stressed as you were before, but your body is still probably recovering.

When i was not sleeping right i would get super sad and just start crying the next day. I felt like i was dying a slow death. Truth be told i went to be healed at my church. Got hands put on me had my headed anointed with oil. And felt something in my head when i was being prayed for. I have been healed by God. I feel in my sprit that I'm supposed to pray and to bring comfort all who suffer with this horrible affliction. Jesus can meet anyone right where you are!!! I'm so happy you are sleeping now. Have a great day

I also get the weird twitches while attempting to doze off and get the doubled like outline of the lines that I'm reading on a screen only on screens, fuck insomnia lol
