Technology development

Is anyone else really interested in the development of new technologies? I've read IPB and Icehome and the first book of IPC and am so glad that they're starting to work with fiber, clay, and making plans for other things.

Honestly, I'm surprised it's taken so long! I would have thought that Harlow, Murdock, and Devi would have spurred on more development. It kills me that they're not even stone age - they use shaped bone for spear points, although the islanders mentioned using stone spear points.

I keep yelling at Bridget "add grog to that clay!" "burnish it when it's leather hard!" And now I am dying for someone to PLEASE make lime (just cook those sea shells then add water) so they can make parchment and mortar and concrete.

I starting to watch primitive technology and linen making videos on YouTube.
