Audio noises after power outage
So, this one is a weird one... but, I just had a power outage here an hour ago (the area where I live has been having them all week) and since then my audio is making these noises. The best way I can explain, its kinda like when you listen to someone who doesnt have a pop filter on their mic, and you get these annoying popping/crackling noises every few seconds. Its not too loud, but still loud enough to be noticeable when you are listening to something.
I changed my audio source to other things (hdmi output, and this external usb DAC I have), and the problem seems to be isolated to my motherboard audio only.
Is my motherboard audio fried? Has anyone experienced something like this? Any chance this will go away the same way it arrived?
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS Motherboard: MSI MAG Tomahawk B550
