Battle 1: Frenchie Blows him up. 7/10 B2: Brixton is a better Super Solider he wins 8/10 B3: Kimko could beat him no powers with powers it’s a stomp B4: Hughie is dicey, he’s got the better powers, but someone competent with powers might be able to catch him slipping 6/10 Hughie B5 Startligjt destroys him
B6: Black Noir is basically a better version of what he is…
How does Kimiko stomp? How is Noir better? Brixton actually has guns, is seemingly more durable/has more durable gear (his gloves are bulletproof and he didn’t have burn marks after getting hit by fire, both unlike Noir), and he’s more skilled. Arguably faster too. Noir’s advantages are better pain tolerance, and maybe strength (but it’s close imo) but that’s it imo
Kimko is way stronger. She has healed from having her neck broken and being shot in the head. Kimko has been hit by Storm Fronts lightning and kept fighting. Kimko survived a hit from an angry Stormfront. Noir is way stronger. Kimko has been shot with swat team rifles and kept coming. Black Noir survived a building exploding. Noir through Starlight through a solid concrete wall.
How is he faster than Noir, dude was avoiding and dodging Homelander in the animation tie in.
All that you mentioned of Kimiko was her regen and durability not her strength. I guess Brixton doesn’t really have a way to kill her through melee (maybe suffocation) but he does carry a pistol. I don’t remember her regenerating from a proper headshot. Did she?
Noir didn’t dodge Homelander’s lazers it was more so aim dodging. Brixton arguably has bullet timing feats and he simply attacked goons faster than Noir did. Consider how Kimiko and Starlight actually landed hits on Noir 1v1 yet Brixton was able to dodge hits from Hobbs and Shaw simultaneously. Strength wise, Brixton is stronger than Hobbs who has Captain America level strength (comparing their helicopter stopping feats) and Cap could replicate the throw through the concrete wall feat. He threw Ultron through part of a concrete pillar
