Front load washer got wet while attempting to repair

I was attempting to replace a water valve on my front load whirlpool washer when I got sprayed by the water hose. My shut off valve doesn’t seem to work so when I disconnected the hose from the valve I got sprayed and some of the internal components got wet. I ended up running to turn off the water from my main shut off outside to limit any damage. The washer was unplugged the whole time and I did my best to dry the components using an electric leaf blower. Is there anything else I can do? I can see a couple of drops at the bottom of the washer but the control board and other circuits don’t look wet.

I would make sure everything is as dry as you can get it and then try it. I had a customer with a washer that would not work after the control board was sprayed with water. After drying it with a hair dryer everything worked fine.

Thanks, I let it sit overnight. I’ll go ahead and blow hot air on it for a bit just in case. Hopefully it works when I connect everything and turn it on.
