Anyone else get the OLSG Funding And can explain what this thing is?

All the research I've done is showing that it's the Ontario Learn to Stay Program, which focuses on nursing in notrhern communities. I'm not in anything related to nursing and I live in toronto. Has anyone else got this funding recently?
