That quest has had a reset issue in Part 4 since it was released, unfortunately. Hopefully you can get your energy back.
Also, be aware that for the final reward, you are supposed to get >!a tappie on your backboard AND a signed Dumbledore card in your card collection (between Morgan Le Fay & Wendelin the Weird). However the latter rarely gets automatically added and!< you'll likely need to talk to Game Support about getting it added to your collection.
