Is it even possible to beat this stage with the heroes I have? Been stuck in this for a long time..

I have some of his tenants but all of them are under leveled, don't have the resources, no.

I see your tenants' attack had similar value like mine for Eloise (more or less 500k) but my Eloise's above 1.6 mil.
Are your residential building's level above 50?
How about guild tech? Did you max the warrior section?

The level of your buildings are way too low. One tenant isn't even E5 and their building only at level 1. And my building with the lowest level is at lv 54.
You're missing a huge chunk of attack from your tenants.
Also, it seems you use Amen-Ra instead of Onki and I don't know why. Onki is a superior tenant and receive more boosts from warrior guild tech (which you've already maxed).
There's maybe even more stuff to check that you haven't showed like their gears, other guild tech (unless you maxed EVERY section aside from warrior's).... However, one thing is clear that your weak tenants is the obvious issue here.

How are your houses so low leveled? When I still had HO Eloise with one transendance hero mine were ~50 each

I was suffering the same but unlike you I had only one trans Ssm. You'll need a big active to kill of Fiona, it worked out for me putting Ssm in offensive and then using splendid melodic. I understood that were you place your heroes also effect which enemy gets hit. Make Lofa hit them like a truck, hopefully with halora and Elena it would be easier.

The main problem I'm facing here is the inosuke's basic attack that, no matter where I place my heroes they still be annihilated at round 3 max. Add that with his ability to damage 1 random hero for 40% of current HP at the end of each round.

I beat that stage with solo LFA just keep building him and you’ll be set

You do have enough attack to beat that wave. The problem should be with your artifacts/enables/imprints/awaken bonus. Check many posted clears of Lfa here on reddit and copy their setup.

I had the exact same team when i beat that level ! Got Aspen his core and all his tenants B awakenings ( including Aspen ) and managed to beat them

I don't know exactly but if you are a free to play player like me you need to keep resources ... i mean for example I don't use heroic summon scrolls ( except the 1 for daily ) for nothing else except for events like christmas or anniversary ( for example the last time I used all my heroic scrolls was at anniversary and I have about 2700 now ) , same with wishing coins and prophet orbs ... this kind of events give you half a core or even a full core if you play them when a major event is up and not waste them . Also I skip a lot of awakening galas to have at least 3500 starry gems and I don't participate in the event if there is no B stone guaratee . I only buy the mothly card for monthly events but only when there is a lunar festival as well so i could get 300 contract starry gems

Stop getting crystals of transcendence you must get stellar shards. You will need so much more stellar shards and they are what makes your trans hero strong
