Trying to recreate a drink
I had a drink, at a bar, that I really enjoyed. I'm trying to recreate it at home. I have the ingredients but not the amounts of each ingredient. Would anyone be willing to hazard a guess as to how much of each of these would create a decent drink? I really just need a jumping off point. I can alter to taste. Any help would be appreciated!

1.75 bourbon 0.25 montenegro .25 syrup 2 dash bitters Stir down over ice serve in coupe
Would be interesting to zest orange or lemon and see how that awakens the montenegro

Thanks for the help! It calls for a filthy cherry, but I may try orange.
I'm headed to the liquor store tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes.
Tried your ratios, and it turned out great. Thanks for your help!
