localprofile.comHas anyone else had issues, over the last week or so, where the dns servers aren't reachable? This is the first time that I've had this issue in the 5 years that I've been using NextDNS, but I am worried about how often this is happening. I use ping.nextdns.io to check the status of the servers and often I see multiple errors - when I am having DNS issues - and it takes 5 to 10 minutes for the errored servers to start pinging.
i am just wondering if anyone is seeing the same thing. If there has been any communication about these issues.

localprofile.comEastern Daylight Time (EDT) is a North American time zone in use from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November during Daylight Saving Time (DST). Eastern Standard Time (EST) is used during the remainder of the year.
All times, on the site, and in the emails, are in the wrong time zone. It would be worth either taking the S out of the EST to simplify it, or change the S to a D when applicable.
I apologize if this has been asked an answered, I am new to the sub. I am looking a buying a LUBA 2 AWD. My issue is that my back and front yards are separated by some rocks and stepping stones - which I am not sure that the mower will be able to get over. I don't have an issue lifting it and moving it where I need to, but I am wondering if the mower will handle being moved like that. Can I create a zone for the back yard, then a separate zone for the front/side yard, but actually move the mower into the zone manually and expect it to mow the zone properly?
I had a drink, at a bar, that I really enjoyed. I'm trying to recreate it at home. I have the ingredients but not the amounts of each ingredient. Would anyone be willing to hazard a guess as to how much of each of these would create a decent drink? I really just need a jumping off point. I can alter to taste. Any help would be appreciated!

After the 4th time (twice at the same restaurant) getting overcharged when dining out, I started taking pictures of the receipts to make disputing charges much easier.
I don’t dine out much, so it feels like many servers are in on this scam where they add exactly $5 more to your CC after you leave. I’ve had this happen at 3 different places - one of which is beloved by r/Frisco.
Beware of these scams and take pictures of your signed receipt. You’ll have a much easier time dealing with the management of the restaurant or with your CC company.
I am wondering if anyone has any experience with the Online Privacy Protection that Discover offers on some of their cards. I did a bit of research and it looks like the company that they are using charges $300 a year to do the same thing. I was thinking about getting the Discover card only for this perk, so I am just curious if anyone can tell me if its been beneficial to them at all.
Bonus if you know if it covers authorized users or if I'd need to get my spouse a card as well.
I have searched, without much luck, to find guidelines to picnicking in Paris. We are going in early March and I was looking at Parc des Buttes-Chaumont or Parc Monceau. I am finding conflicting information on whether or not I can take alchol or even sit on the grass (since I will be there before summer).
I am open to ideas. I really just want my trip to culminate with a picnic where I can enjoy the wine and cheese that pick up along the trip.
Can we start a discussion about the fact that the cameras are calling home every 30 seconds. After looking at my networking logs, p2p-vir-6.eufylife.com is the top requested domain on my network. Further digging uncovers that the web address is being called every 30 seconds. This seems a bit excessive. I'd be interested to know why the call is being made so often and how this could be changed/fixed.
Edit: fixed some spelling.
