My god, this guy comes across as such an arsehole. His original response about how there'll never be another RP-PVP server was so smug and final, and then not even an hour later he's going "w-wait" and completely contradicting himself.

Ye, they have to chose to abadond all the 8hours of played they could possibly achive from the premiere or start from 0 on new, prefered server. Insane sacrifice

Esfand really fucked it up. Grobbulus wasn't a good realm just because it's RPPVP, it was a good realm because of the players that want that type of RPPVP gameplay... by inviting tens of thousands of spergs to the realm you're fundamentally changing the population and therefore completely ruining the experience and what made those realms good to begin with...

If you want to play on a PvP server and one of them are full, you can always go to another pvp server.
The problem on Crusader strike is that their are 2 groups of people 1) RP-PVPers 2) streamer simp army that are trying to get onto the same server. The communities need to be split up.

Is this for US or EU. Im on EU RP-PVP are the streamers there or in US?

Streamers on both servers now but at least Chaos Bolt seems to be alright (for the time being). Pretty sure it's USWest

Turns out they did create a 2nd rppvp server, but now I'm already level 10 on a regular pvp server. Feels bad man

Wish they'd allow free one-time transfers to the other RP PVP server, maybe for the next 3 days or something. I really don't want to make another character and convincing my friends to do the same is not happening.

Only people to blame are the streamers IMO. Watching them basically try to RP, which is basically them cackling satirically playing that way is super disrespectful to RPers.

Unless Blizzard can convince the streamers to all migrate somewhere else, they should at least do SOMETHING about a RP PVP server
I've said this before, but I totally understand them not wanting to make a bunch of different servers just to have to merge them again in a month. But the situation with Crusader Strike is clearly different. If they'd launched two RP-PVP servers I wouldn't be complaining at all, even if the queues were just as full as they are right now.
My problem isn't having to wait, or the server being stacked, my problem is that the only option for RP-PVP has been completely overrun for no real reason other than it was the easiest server to pick before the names were shown. If this was happening to one of the three PVP servers nobody would really give a shit, because you'd have more options to play in your preferred space. RP-PVP doesn't have that option.
Why would merging be a bad thing? I'd rather have slightly too many servers that quickly get merged than the massive traffic jam we're currently having.
Some guy at blizzard probably has to run a script to do that and that sounds like work.

"start accepting that you will not get to and moving on to another option.." There is no other option for a rppvp server, there is only one rppvp server.
Not making another RP PVP realm doesn't fix this issue when the numbers go down, as it will always be the streamer server.
Crusader Strike will always have 4x the population of any other realm, but in effect it ended the possibility of a functional rp pvp realm for anyone actually interested in that kind of realm.
This. It's marked forever as the streamer server now. RP-PVP effectively does not exist any more, because the troglodytes who follow streamers around are not going to RP in any meaningful way.

The last time I checked, those streamers were only paying the same $15 /mo to play there that you are - maybe Josh Greenfield needs to choose his words more carefully, and reconsider his position.
The other side of that coin is that streamer simps pay the same $15/mo as well.
