FBR processing contact email

I got an email from FBR entitlement processing that my application was deficienct as one of my documents did not have a security feature. However, it was stamped/signed on the back instead of the front for whatever reason and I think it was overlooked. I put a sticky note on the original submitted document that the stamp/signature was on the back, but it could have fallen off during transit. I would like to talk to them about if they can look at the document again. If the way it was authenticated is not acceptable, I don't want to resubmit the same thing and get it sent back again.

Does the FBR entitlement processing email get monitored, or is responding to it pointless? I can suck it up and wake up early to call them instead if needed.

You can certainly try calling, but I wouldn't expect them to change their conclusion that you need to resubmit the document. They can be very rigid in their methods.
