Posting for my friend. I am an international student living in Hamburg. My housing has laundry but not enough machines and I do not have time to spend time at a laundromat. I would like to hire a service to pick up and drop off laundry. I looked at laundromats, nearby hotels, dry cleaners but I cannot find this service. Dry cleaners also charge per item and are very expensive for a lot of laundry. I have been to hotels that charge €/kg of clothes which would be ideal.

Do you have any advice what to search or companies that do this?

One very annoying but minor function of the android app is using the back button takes me all the way back to my home screen instead of back to the previous in app screen. This happens at all locations in the app. It's so locked into my brain to go to the previous menu using the back button that I exit the app multiple times per day by accident.

I had to resubmit a marriage certificate and just sent it back this week. Has anyone recently had their resubmitted documents processed and how long did it take? I'm not sure if I go straight to the back of the entire FBR application queue or if it's a separate processing order.

I got an email from FBR entitlement processing that my application was deficienct as one of my documents did not have a security feature. However, it was stamped/signed on the back instead of the front for whatever reason and I think it was overlooked. I put a sticky note on the original submitted document that the stamp/signature was on the back, but it could have fallen off during transit. I would like to talk to them about if they can look at the document again. If the way it was authenticated is not acceptable, I don't want to resubmit the same thing and get it sent back again.

I see that most people redeem Wells Fargo rewards for cash back unless you have the Visa Signature card (I don't), but Wells Fargo has 10% off certain rewards gift card purchases. My partner is in Ireland and just completed a master's program. She is now eligible to obtain a visa for work, but her student housing ended and she is living between Airbnb's at the moment. She doesn't have a permanent address but needs one in order to receive the visa in the post.

She tried to get a PO box but was denied and told she needs a permanent address in Ireland to open a PO box. She can't look for long term housing until she has a visa and a job, so it's a bit of a catch-22.

My wife is looking to get into medical school in the EU. I have a BS and MS in civil engineering with 2 years of experience and am willing to move wherever she can attend school. However, we're both US citizens and only speak English.

It looks like Ireland isn't working out with school admission, so I'm wondering where else in the EU I could find work as a civil engineer in English and where I could find a company to sponsor me.

I've spoken with several large engineering consulting companies (I assume they would be more likely to work exclusively in English) who state they don't really provide work visas. Is a route to a work visa through a spousal visa a thing in any EU countries?

Is there a way to name a Pokemon with more than one symbol so that you can search either one for it to show up? I name my legacy move Pokemon with π and 100% with %. For example, I have a legacy 100% so I named it π%beedrill but it will only show up in a search using π and not %. I would like to be able to search either one and have it show up.
