I'm finally feeling like myself
I don't know for how long I've felt like an error, felt like I was out of sync with everything and everyone. I was never into the things that everyone around me was, never into the social gatherings, never into the same topics, never into anything, ever.
For years I felt like this error that was nothing like everyone around me. Until I met someone like me, someone that saw the world same as I did and years after, it all clicked.
Recognizing that I was autistic was not only not surprising but it literally made everything make sense all of sudden. Literally my whole life changed when I looked back and went "so thafd why I always did this... I thought that i was just insane" and it's just one of the best things i've ever felt. To feel like I exist and there are people like me, and thats absolutely fine to be who i am and not just fake some personality that I thought that was minamally socially accepting, I'm finally feeling like myself.
Anyone ever felt this click on their minds once you've finally realised that you're autistic and not just a thing amongst other people?
