Whenever I think about the fact that I am autistic something just snaps inside my brain that screams that I am not, that I'm pretending it all and the more I read about it, the more videos I see about it, the more knowledge I get about autism my brain starts to get unexplicably anxious and makes me go around in circles and stim a LOT. It feels like "the more I know about autism, the more autistic I 'become' because I am 'learning' how to be autistic". I've heard multiple times that I wasn't "like this" before and that I was a pretty normal child. When does the feeling of "stop faking it and just be normal" goes away?
Where he cannot go down from.
We live in a house and couple months ago adopted a stray cat that meows a lot. Some days ago he found a way to go to out ceiling, but screams for someone to rescue him. He goes there by himself knowing that he'll be unable to go down. He just sits there meowing awaiting rescue but rescuing him there for quite dangerous because the terrain is uneven for a staircase and someone chould get badly hurt.
How can we make him stop going up the ceiling that ke constantly keeps coming back to, knowing that he can't go down on his own?
I feel mentally unable to open myself about how I feel and how things are different for me and just casually speaking with in general. Whenever I look at them there's this very little sensation that brings up the bad things they've done to me in the past, even years after. To The point where I feel like it's irreversible. When I said very briefly that i was ND they wanted to get to know me better but I know that they won't actually understand how things are for me, kind of like "I accept that you're autistic unless it becomes too inconvenient for me" sort of thing. I don't feel like I'll ever get truly close to my family in general because they treat me with respect until it bothers them. E
I don't know for how long I've felt like an error, felt like I was out of sync with everything and everyone. I was never into the things that everyone around me was, never into the social gatherings, never into the same topics, never into anything, ever.
For years I felt like this error that was nothing like everyone around me. Until I met someone like me, someone that saw the world same as I did and years after, it all clicked.
Recognizing that I was autistic was not only not surprising but it literally made everything make sense all of sudden. Literally my whole life changed when I looked back and went "so thafd why I always did this... I thought that i was just insane" and it's just on
I had an autistic boyfriend in wich I was the person he used to trust the most. We've were toguether for about 3 or so years at the time and doing great. However, about three years ago, he was uncovering his autistic nature and going through a lot of emotions, wich, due to a lot of stress, he ended up breaking up with me peacefully.
At first I thought that i chould deal with it and thought that we chould be friends for some time, but he was my only friend for a long, long time. Mostly because i've had very few friends because i'm also an autistic person. Throughout 2021 he was the only person I had so I would also talk to him about how i was going through the break up. On some occasion
It's been well over 2 years since she broke up with me. It all felt so strange because I felt something was off with her for quite a while. She would ghost me fairly regularly and just act like a wall with me. When I told her that I felt like she was very absent, she broke up with me.
For basically throughout my whole life I've never felt alive. Never had any big wills, wishes, wanting to do X thing in life or having the best clothes, travelling abroad etc. Nothing ever made me feel like life was worth living. I can barely recall anything about my childhood winch also makes me feel like it wasn't that great either.
Then she came into my life and for the first time in my life someone wouldn
