[Mod Permission] - 2023 Grade the Actors - END OF YEAR RESULTS

Discuss

Welcome to the end of year results of the 2023 Grade the Actors. Across the year, we rated several actors on a scale of 10 in the following four categories:

  • Acting ability
  • Charisma
  • Looks/attractiveness
  • Screen presence

The average of the four scores was taken as the overall grade and the average of all the overall grades was considered the final score.

The final results are now here! Big thanks to everyone who has participated in this series. It was great fun hosting this and hope you all enjoyed this idea.

Huge thanks to the mods for allowing this to happen.

Recency bias+ it is more about likeability at the moment..

2†
Hasta_Mithun•

I don't think he has ever had any likeable phase here. His stans do a fair job to defend him but so do his haters hating him on every post plus with Animals many have started associating him with his character irl.

5
Behti-Hawaa-Sa•

There was when his approach was praised a lot....not being on SM etc...this was post bramhastra when Ranveer was giving flops..

Terrible results

Looks are very subjective. I don't think I could ever rank actresses on that.

6

I participated in this earlier but results just doesn’t make sense to me. Neither personally nor based on box office.

time to reset the ratings to 0 and start again.

Priyanka ranked in the top 5 in both 2022 and 2023 without having done a Bollywood movie in the last 4 years. Hopefully she does something in Hindi soon.

abbu_d_slytherin•

Kajol is not even in top 5 in screen presence when she has had one of the best screen presence ever….

Priti over Rani ?

Literally who was voting ?

Ananya shouldn't be last.

I wish the criteria were weighted or something, giving looks (and to a lesser extent charisma) equal importance is how you get Aishwarya Rai over Konkona, Manisha, Kajol (hell I'd even consider Alia a better actress than Aish), and Sidharth Malhotra over Rajkummar Rao
